I think it was intentional, lol. But I think they’re smart to not make it a continuation because Max and Fran were meant to have a happy ending and fans like me would hate this show if they divorced out of heartbreak.!

Liked happily divorced better, but nothing beats the Nanny, was hard to see Max as the X and where’s Silva and yetta, sorry Fran the Nanny is just to good , I’d prefer a well done Reboot of the Nanny , with cliff hangers , good writing and planned numbers of episodes ❤

Wait, Fran was pregnant at 17, Josh is 21, which would make Fran 38 or 39! Yet, in one of previous episodes she was flattered when they thought she was 38. And I am pretty sure Fran Dresher is over 45 in this series. Something doesn't add up
