Your story is interesting, thanks for being vulnerable and sharing! Do you find yourself unintentionally listening to other conversations going on around you? Do you have a strategy to try and focus on something, and does it work for you?

Thank you for enjoying it! I'll start with my strategies, I tend to avoid places that I know would overstimulate me, like public buses, but if I have to travel, I wear headphones, ALL.THE.Time. If someone is talking on a phone I can't help but not be able to ignore it and get bothered, so I blast music. Sometimes, looking at certain things wouldn't help either so i would close my eyes, or look at my own clothing or body. Being with a friend has definitely helped me because I'm not left to my own thoughts in a bad environment. I have a video I'll be posting soon called: 'The Risk of Psychosis and Neuroticism in Overstimulating Environments' It may be something you'd be interested in :) Thank you for the comment.

Hey you mentioned “trading” and it really piqued my interest when you said 30k in a month haha, but I’m not sure if I i know what that is could you explain?

Yea, sure. I do currency trading which is a bit different from stock trading because it uses leverage and you are trading international currencies. I suggest looking up 'currency trading demo account' and getting hands on experience with it. Most people fail in trading, like over 90% the mental aspect is the hardest part. However I don't seem to have the same issues, it does take trial and error + absolute patience and gentleness to make consistent money, I learned all my strategies from scratch, most people do not but it may help them. :)
