Same here man. Ive had 4 hondas and this would just be the cherry on top for me. My deposit just got taken this month for the liquid carbon with red and black interior. Id say do it. Theres likely never going to be another car like this made by Honda.

It’s better with blacked out logos. That’s how mine is. Only color on it is the red S in the type S logo.

Anyone know if this car has that annoying throttle assist in 1st gear when accelerating from a stop?

I have 9,000 miles on mine, it’s straight up awesome. Not a sprinter but get it in curves and it handles like a F1. Run midgrade fuel and average around town 28mpg and on the Hwy 30mpg. I drive in individual mode set at Sport+. Add in attention getter, I’m routinely stopped getting gas to ask what it is. Absolutely worth the money! Lol even got pulled over by a Virginia State Trooper who thought my dashcam was a radar detector. Second question after that fell through was about the car. 😂

The Integra Type S is one of the best cars I drove this year. It’s not mine tho haha (I wish), Acura loaned me the car for a bit.

Odd question, but here goes. I would love to take this for a test drive, but all of the Integra Type S's that arrive at the dealership are spoken for. I've seen this black one driven by people like yourself in Ontario. Can a customer drive this press car?

@@torray61 I test drove mine before buying it, this was before I said I was going to get it. Maybe some dealers get a lower quantity compared to a dealership at a big city (I live in Las Vegas)

@integra_gang I appreciate that! Unfortunately there are only about 6 or 7 that come into Ottawa per year. I'm familiar with Honda manuals and drive an Si now. I bit and put money down on a type s which I'll pick up in September. I'm gathering from your purchase that you have no regrets.

The Type S only comes in a manual but you can get a regular Integra with the automatic .

There’s a few Japanese cars made in the US now. The Integra feels solid so I doubt there is much difference in production quality of this and the FL5

@@carswithumer I mean it is a great car do not get me wrong. However If I am purchasing a JDM, I want made in Japan. No way made in USA quality is better than made in Japan… the FL5 is the first type R made in Japan since the FD2, which arguably is the best type R/SI. It really gets overlooked by the type S. FL5 made in 🇯🇵 🙌 joins the EK9, And FD2 in history.

Nice car, but wouldn't want it. Thiefs are everywhere looking for these Hondas that get a great price globally. Insurance is a nightmare because they know how much they pay on theft claims. This will end up in Montréal, then on a boat to Russia or Africa. Lol😅

Always a possibility but also remember the Integra is North America only. Anywhere else in the world it would stick out and draw a lot of attention. The Type R however, it's a global platform and has more merit to be shipped internationally.
