Austin Clopton is an advocate for everyone who has Tourette's Syndrome. That's because he has it too. He's not interested in hiding that fact. He wants, instead, to spread the word about the disorder so that others might understand it.
He's been laughed at, endured the finger pointing and the stares and now he and his wife are hoping to help other young people who have Tourettes.

greeting from Czech republic, I really love the video. Great thing to "come out of the closet" and start advocacy activity. I do the same thingm but with disabilities and chronic condition in general. Its mostly about people. I live with Limb girdle muscular dystrophy, so I am also a self advocate.

wow i have tourette and a really bad case but i have never met another person with it and seeing people like that i cant but to feel sorry for them it just feels so wrong seeing someone else suffer like that. stay strong bros i know the feel.

It is great to be part of this community and meet others with this I only met one person in real life who had it at school with me and his was very worse than mine he could not stay still but I’m glad to know there are others like me out there

If you have Tourette’s syndrome, stay out of Belmont, New Hampshire. The police and fire departments will attack you throw you in knockout holds, count the vertebrae‘s in your neck and drop an elbow on your neck. after they do all this they will deny any of this happens and you are expendable, they will blame the disabled person for their actions and they are free to do it again and again and again because the governor, DOJ, attorney General the here and New Hampshire excepts lies from the police department to cover violence

Sorry to hear that Jim I never got picked on but I did have people in middle school asking me why I’d move a lot of make some noises or move my neck a lot so I understand that feeling

Ok i don't have disability i only have asthma and i believe no ONE in this world is dumb i mean were all special and weird and for some reason i wish i was born with a disability i dunno why

tesela brette I don't see anything different with people with tourettes. It shouldn't make people be treated differently. Incase you ever think differently, you are a great person and you shouldn't ever think bad about yourself :)
