Now here is a tiny home design executed without compromise. Upsized and fully featured this three bedroom plus office tiny home has absolutely everything. The design of this home is like a game of Tetris played at the master level.
Yes, this tiny house is larger than most. That doesn’t change the fact that each and every square inch of this home has been meticulously thought out to be incredibly spatially efficient.
Beyond the cleverness of the design though, at its heart, this is a family home. It’s a place where beautiful memories are being created. Nourishing meals are crafted in the kitchen while laugher fills the dining table. It’s a place where togetherness and the human spirit shine through beyond the cleverness of the architectural design. That’s a real accomplishment.

I enjoyed the video so much. The home is so well thought out and meets so many needs. (And it's so calming.) We also live in a large house because we built it during the busy years of raising five kids. Three of the five have moved back in with us (or plan to) briefly to get graduate degrees or to save money for a year before moving out on their own. I wish I could temporarily adopt a student to help me design the interior of my Sshed. I am taking my time and trying my best but most of my materials (commercial level /very inexpensive) come from Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore. I have to work with the Supplies that come my way. I agree. I would immediately buy this one. Use the daughter's room as a library and walk-up closet (+ a single bed) + the son's room as a guest bedroom. With the home office single bed, one couple and 2 solo people could stay overnight, besides myself. I would add a sitting tub/shower combo and maybe a second toilet in an out-house. Otherwise I'd take it just as it is!

I'm totally blown away with this one. Three bedrooms, office, and a hugh kitchen, you don't see that all the time. The colors, designs, quality, and fixtures are just stunning. Listen, I do Not believe the color of her kitchen makes it look small, for it is huge, with Plenty of storage. The office in the bedroom I love. Her son/guest bedroom is nice. Her daughter bedroom is hugh. That bathroom is gorgeous, with a washer and dryer. The cooper touches are wonderful. Positioning of the windows, the staircases, lighting etc.,. I really like her reading area. I would be reading/daydreaming all day, would Not get anything done 😀. The land/trees are an extraa bonus. I'm sure the addionals, she will add later on will only enhance the overall beauty of everything. She has Truly done a fabulous job of creating this tiny for her and her children. And when she becomes an empty nester, no telling what she will do with the additional space, she has a good eye for details, she is quite creative. She kind of favors actress Cortney Cox to me. Tfs.

@thepaddockengineer OSOM is only for over size load on legal registered vehicles there is no permits for over size vehicles as in this case tiny home on wheels, over width and over weight, if you load it on a load loader then get a OSOM that is fine however then you would be well over legal height of 4.3m requiring a special permit costing $$$$$ you need to learn the rules not just guess.

Stunning home in every sense. The master bedroom/study is just so well thought out and cozy. It's amazing to see how tinyhouse design has improved and progressed over the last few years especially as it relates to THROW's. And, what can be achieved with a clear , well thought out vision from the owner. Yes, I think it's hard for most people to imagine the wonderful effect a dark ceiling or dark walls can give. They are cozy, and at the same time they almost disappear, so you have an impression of infinite space. We used a dark chocolate brown in our guest room and it was so inviting. I once did a deep blue study for a client, and he really loved it as well.

@@chezmoi42 On a subconscious level (which we cannot control) people associate the floor with the ground and the ceiling with the sky. And to see dark sky is psychologically uncomfortable for most people, just like in cloudy weather when there are lots of dark clouds in the sky. We don't like it. Therefore, a dark ceiling will cause psychological pressure, even if a person does not pay attention to it or doesn't realise it at all.

As for the dark walls, I inherited a flat with all the furniture in dark brown and I repainted it all in light colours because I was in a bad mood looking at it.
