Goodyear has lifetime fitness,that means it's top notch ,plus they just built the biggest movie theater,plus the Estrella area. Plus El mirage and surprise is too affordable, which we know what that means

Love how in depth your videos are. Great info. Looking to move to Phoenix area soon from Oregon. It’s getting way too expensive here and the long rainy 7-8 months out of the year is getting old.

Dude, exactly! I've been in OR for years and it's 20-25 degrees warmer in AZ on any given day. The rain and cold is too much to handle. I'm from a climate like AZ so it'll be nice being warm again, with more job opportunities.

You keep saying places are hot. Isn’t it hot everywhere? I’m getting a job in the middle of Glendale off 67th. I’d like to be within 15 mins drive. Any recommendations for something close by? I might even try riding a bike to work some days
@douglasandrade71234 жыл бұрын
Regarding Goodyear you're wrong.. I invite you to Estrella Mountain..Nice comuniies..up on the hills ..you may need to get updated.. When you say is hot is pretty much same temperature over the valley during summer time only two or five degrees difference..

Parents just moved to the West Phoenix a free months ago, the west side around 43rd will definitely help with the new freeway thier building now.

Can you do a you-tube of Anthem area or Vistancia Trilogy my guess its North Peoria. Thanks again.
@bigred36175 жыл бұрын
I live in Surprise and I have no idea why he thinks it's not as hot as Goodyear is. The summer days are regularly in excess of 105 degrees Phoenix wide. So it doesn't matter where you live out here, it's all scorching.
@LivinginArizona5 жыл бұрын
Yes all of Phoenix is Hot. Cave Creek and other high desert is a bit cooler than the valley areas. But yes all of Phoenix is hot. What I meant to imply is some places have more trees and shades on the roads than other areas which are just blank streets where the sun just beats down hot as hell

When do you think that land for development will run out in Phoenix Area? I know Chandler and Gilbert will be at final build out at 2030 but we got west valley with growth opportunities too. I'm asking cause there are indian reserves and mountains and state/federal lands not available for development and population growth.

Phoenix is growing in all directions. Areas that were once considered "way out there" are now just connected to the metro area after 20 years.

Did you just say greenway goes all the way to north phoenix? Greenway runs East / West. I am only 5 minutes into the video and I get the distinct impression you have never been further west than central Edit: Glendale isn't as bad as you say. Actually West side of Glendale and Peoria is indistinguishable. I would say Northern is the dividing line. West of Norther is nice and gets nicer as you go. East of Norther into Maryvale is less optimal. ASU west is in Glendale and that area is pretty nice and safe. Also both the cardinal new stadium and the coyote stadium is in Glendale. Edit: Yes Tonopah is hot and dry but there is farm land there. He retired and sold it, but Tonopah Rob ran a huge chemical free farm that was quite popular with CSAs and sold his veggies in most of the big farmers markets in the valley. My folks and I took a tour of his farm where he explained how he grows in the desert .... he took a lot of his techniques from the natives. El Mirage is only 6 miles from Peoria. The tempatures are pretty much the same. The one or two degrees difference isn't really noticeable. Also, about 15 years ago Goodyear was a small oasis of a city on your way too Buckeye. But now it has really expanded along with Litchfield. So pretty nice area with lots of shopping. Edit: Buckeye is also one heck of a drive. My friend's commute to phoenix is close to 1.5 hours one way to sky harbor. Plus, you skipped over Litchfield. Litchfield is really nice. Lots of military families due to Luke AFB. So quite safe. And you just said Maryvale is wholesome yet dangerous? Maryvale was nice 20 yrs ago but now it isn't at all. About 15 yrs ago the Maryvale slipped into the hands of gangs. Use to be drop house raids were a weekly affaire. Again I ask. Have you really spent anytime on the West side?
@LivinginArizona5 жыл бұрын
Greenway Definitely Runs East to West. I may have mispoken. But I Def know Greenway. I went to High School on Shea and 32nd street so of course I know the direction. If I said north, I will have to watch again so I can see if I misspoke or if I meant something that didn't come across clear.

I am stuck on hot and dry. Seriously!?! Maybe you should tell your buddy if he wants to avoid hot and dry then maybe avoid Arizona. Better yet pull up a weather map that shows the summer temps around the city. Oh boy they all pretty much match. I have watched a few of your videos and noticed a bias against the West Valley. This video clearly shows complete ignorance. People do your own research. Wow.

Let’s call Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, and all those cities. “Outside of west Phoenix”. To the Phoenix natives this are not West Phoenix.
@codyjaymes67305 жыл бұрын
north Glendale ain't so bad. as with all of the avenues the further north you get the nicer it is. further south the more of a crime infested shit hole it becomes. anywhere North of cactus in Glendale is pretty decent actually. the police however are notoriously crooked and corrupt but also more likely to give you a fair chance than places like peoria. or other west valley cities.
@val13c594 жыл бұрын
You need to be specific of where in west Phoenix. West Phoenix has a wide spread of very bad gangs and drug activities. Don’t let a new develop neighborhood fool you. Do some research.
