People just don't have an emergency fund. I've been poor a lot when I was younger and disabled but I always had an emergency fund and have never had money stress. I just budget, live within my means, and always have an emergency fund so I'm ready for most issues. It boggles my mind how much people spend

I wish I know about pay yourself first when I was in my 20s. Pay yourself first is how I am able to saved over $60k in the last couple years. I used to live paycheck to paycheck, now I have one year emergency fund , 401k, ROTH IRA and Brokerage account and no debt is the best feeling ever. Nowadays I always try to find a way to save and grow my investments. Great tips.
