I can understand how people in Tioga would not like 8th ave. but the rest of us love it! When it opened the speed limit was 45 but quickly went down to 35. I use it everyday and I think for the most part people stay close to 35 mph.

Is The Marlow apartment complex in a good neighborhood? We will be joining UF Health Shands Cancer Hospital next year and will most likely want to live in an apartment for the first year we are in Gainesville before buying property.
