I reward myself every year no matter what, sometimes it's just surviving.My narcissist father ruined Christmas this year and my birthday last month so I'm taking myself out and buying myself a gift in early January while on leave. I know that many business owners are struggling but good on you for supporting your staff, more business should do the same, especially big business who are making billions

lol I would sure hope at your age. I think you said you were 40s or early 40s, You would definitely be striving to do better to do more, bigger, etc…since the average age that people retire is 65/70 and sometimes even older than that if they are happy with what they’re doing.
