I have an off brand sling bag just like the Posse, it is well made and has worked well for me as an EDC bag but now you have definitely sold me on getting the 3V Gear Outlaw sling pack for an EDC bag thank you so much for your video review of these sling packs. Take Care & God Bless

That's awesome bro! I don't think I've ever heard of 3V! Great looking gear! And I prefer the smaller "Posse" bag. I love the smaller packs for EDC. And I like that it's a sling pack. Definitely more applicable for edc use than other packs!

actually this way the exact review I was looking for . Thank you very much . It was very informative. I can't decide which sling bag to buy. They both have there advantages. I'm looking for something not bulky enough for work but at the same time functional for CCW and EDC .. part of that is carrying a water bottle and coffee cup every morning. I still can't decide. So I'll be ordering both bags 😕

Whats with most the packs i see for sale only having a sling? To me it seems it would be more desired to have two straps and maybe even one around your waste. Is there a reason the sling is more common? any benefits? good video!
@livingsurvival8 жыл бұрын
+Christian Perez most packs? there are many packs with double straps. the sling pack just makes it so you can slide it around front for very quick access to items or a concealed weapon.
@atabb1178 жыл бұрын

I have a 5.11 Moab 10 which is a sling pack. I got it because I thought it would be handy for carrying some gear that I regularly have to transport. The problem I found is that when you are wearing a hat and sunglasses getting the sling off and on over your head is a hassle and wants to knock off the hat and glasses or you have to remove them. Now I'm wondering exactly why I thought a sling would be handy. Just one less strap I guess. I've since swapped it out for a Rush 12 which I am happy with and will probably ebay my Moab 10.
@livingsurvival9 жыл бұрын
Tracy Reed That is what that buckle on the strap is for brother, so you can unbuckle and throw it over your shoulder or off without putting it over your head.

@livingsurvival9 жыл бұрын
the mi woodsman The black 3V Outlaw pack is only $38 bucks and would make a good day pack. It comes in different colors as well. Other than that Condor or 5.11 make good choices for day packs 24/48/72 in the rush series. I am excited to get my hands on some packs from Hazard4 & Tenzing soon. Priced higher but I was seriously impressed.

I noticed that there is some small differences in the pack your reviewing in your video verses the pack your pushing us to buy at Amazon. The pack in your video looks like a better constructed pack and the Velcro on the front of your pack is single patch than the one you buy on Amazon. How can I purchase one exactly like yours? Can you touch on that, that would be greatly appreciated, thx.

What Pack do you recommend for summer time bug out bag and what do you recommend for a winter bug out bag?
@livingsurvival9 жыл бұрын
I recommend one that is comfortable and has the options you are looking for. A winter bag in a cold weather climate generally would be larger since you would want to prepare more clothing etc. Hard to pick one, I have many reviews and like them all for different reasons. Sorry, I know that doesn't help much.
