​M.P.H. is speaking on the problem of health problems resulting at least partially from self-centeredness and just after 1:28:30 he states, "This is the basis for nature's natural recuperative power which we call sleep. Sleep is that state in which we are the least damaging to ourselves. Where pressures and tensions become temporarily unimportant." the in house audience begins laughing in the middle of the last sentence. Then Mr. Hall says, "We were a little slow but we appreciated it." Now with the first word "we" I figure he was referring to the audience regarding their late laugh response, but do you think he meant the royal we with the second reference? I just thought this was interesting; not nearly the most interesting part of his talk but, whatever.lol I absolutely love these recordings and try to actively listen as though I were a member of the in person audience at The Theosophical Society. Otherwise I simply can't take it in on the same level, just like anything of importance, it takes concentration and respect. Thank you for sharing these wonderful, wisdom teachings.😊

Listening to some of manlys lectures makes me wonder if he had any contact with Malcolm X. Malcom X spoke with such assurance and direction and intelligence I was just curious if he attended manlys lectures.Is this a reality or am I just making connections where there are none?
