I'm Thai and i highly recomend everyone who go to Asiatique at dawn or night take the cruise tour to travel along Chaopraya river (can buy ticket at Asiatique pier , many companys there) .It's was very very nice the cruise 's route will pass many beautyful spots in Bangkok , worth to see. What more can I say?...It blows my mind wondering how they can fit so much into the space in the shopping centers. OMG...I wouldn't know where to start and when to stop. I just checked the population of Bangkok 10.69 Million and now I can understand why there are so many shop to cater for the population PLUS hoards of tourists who go to that amazing place. Thanks for showing me all that. Loved seeing the place you stayed at...wonderful view. So pretty. Oh one last comment. Yes crazy how much they squeeze into those malls. We could spending a month going to all the shopping places. Really greta prices too. Even the real brands are good prices. Ha ha we didn't buy too much. Difficult when you are traveling to multiple countries to fit it all in. Thanks so much for watching. Happy you enjoyed it!

No my friend it's a little ignorant to say most are fake, Only in MBK mall that's famous for knock off products that's why you could ask for bargain and the cheap copied products on the streets that's fake, But All the products in all the real malls or the real market never fake my friend. just do not buy the cheap items from the streets if you want the original product. Bangkok is one of the most famous place for shopping the high-end brands products too my friend if not only shopping on the streets and MBK because there are tons of famous genuine high-end shops too such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Valentino, Celine, Burburry, Balenciaga, etc. or even the very very high-end brand like Hermes if you want. Just go to the real mall if you want the original real products my friend, not even talk about the middle class brands like Coach, Adidas, Puma, Nike, Uniqlo that have in nearly every normal malls and never fake. Have a great time my friend.

My comment above, I was referring to the fakes being good copies. The are better quality than many other fake products we have looked at in other parts of the world. And I have to say if you guys know everything about the products in Bangkok you guys will found out that's why many people came here to shopping, it's not about the fake products or the Original products. It's because there are countless of all kinds of products here from all over the world you wanted. Yes even if you want a fake there are a lot of kinds of fake too. They all came here because there are all products you could dream of and a lot of class even the fake products too. Because here if you're talking about the fake High-end products such as the fake Louis Vuitton, Gucci, prada there are still a lot of fake class for them too here in Bangkok like the fake products in MBK or at the streets those are the normal streets fake and always very cheap like 100-300 bahts(us$3-10) sometimes they could tell you us$30 these fake is just Similar to the real one but if you look closely you'll found that it's not the same as the Original one probably not real leather or not exactly same logo these fake products they called "funny grade fake"(worst fake) and this is the famous type of fake products that sold in many countries all over the entire world and the better class of these fake they called "Mirror Grade fake" this is the type of fake that famous among the people who wants to use High-end products but have less money because even the people who have been used those high-end brand name before they still couldn't separate them easily, that's why this type/class of fake is very famous around the world and it's not that cheap it's about us$150-200 this type they only sell secretly not in a malls. But if you're talking about the serious high-end brand name collectors they still found those "Mirror grade" fake by open the bag and see the color of the leather inside is that matched to the leather from the company or matched the leather that issued from those seasons they came out or not or many of them serious collectors they known how the company runs the line of the treads is that used single line or double line or what color of the treads they used at those seasons the products came out. So there are the better class in the market called "Top Mirror grade" or "High-end grade" this grade is a lot better even the serious collectors couldn't find out easily but it's more expensive and this class usually have only the very high-end brand like Hermes. And the last class of fake in the market called "Certificate grade" yes everything the same as the original one and even have the certification but this type is very expensive like more than 15,000+ baht (us$500-$1,000++) probably it's worth for the people who want to use us$100,000 Hermes bag. Lol I'm not support the fake products but just want to give the information to the people who wants to buy the genuine products that they have to go to the real shops only otherwise you'll never got those genuine products you wanted. Pratunam is best to get things. Be careful at MBK is you get catched buy copies you need pay fines. Siam area is way higher priced. Try Terminal 21 at Asok or the Mall Bangkapi, plus suroundings, Central Lat Phrao. Away from tourists spots is nicer and cheaper.
