Come and spend a few days with me, I visit a beautiful gardens in York called Breezy Knees, finish off my sons nursery. I also have a good old chatty catch up so grab a cuppa and hope you enjoy!

😊Kay, I agree, Once a momma, they do consume our being, as they should. I took care of my newborn & husband as they were part of my bubble, I was content. Even though I was raised in a large family, and the youngest sister of only 2 girls & 5 boys when I was old enough & they began having children of their own, I was the babysitter for everyone. However having our own child is very different. I am also independent, but other than go to work, I did everything on my own & never asked for help. I feel we are very similar in so many ways. I always enjoy your videos & so glad you have returned. May you continue to find your way as your boys sleep patterns & habits will continuously change. Too funny about New Zealand versus England. I know the UK is struggling economically but still, I'd love to be able to live there. Just all that history and green and flowers.However, I'm sure I have a somewhat idealized idea of life there (although I have been a tourist for a couple of times). I agree with you though. It's important to learn to be grateful for what you have and where you actually are. We live in a beautiful area of North Carolina, 3 hours from the beach and 3 hours from the mountains. I'm so happy to have you back, Kay. You're so down-to-earth and real. ❤

Very enjoyable vlog. I agree - live in the moment and appreciate what you can. Appreciation itself brings you an element of happiness and that can only be a good thing. I remember when my children were small, my husband used to say that his perfect morning was a local newspaper to read, a strong cup of tea and a Morton’s roll and sausage. Such a small thing but knowing that it’s a nice bit of your life brings a bit of joy. Then the mayhem begins when the kids get up ! 😊😊

I'm Australian and lived in the UK for 2 years. Australia is home but I miss so much about the UK. I love how the seasons match the holidays whereas in Aus our seasons are opposite and just don't match. You're so lucky to have so much of Europe nearby, the history in Europe is also amazing. The UK is great and you're right the summer, beaches and lifestyle here feel lighter and brighter.
