I love Ray’s very calm demeanor whenever he evangelizes people and even people like this man. There are many people like this including myself. Most of people may think they survive living because of their own strengths. I was that person and it almost took my life. Life without Christ is pretty depressing! If a prayer warrior didn’t call me that night 10 minutes before I was about to commit suicide to stop my plan, I wouldn’t be here today. It was truly a miracle that God urged someone to call me just stop my wicked plan to kill myself. I was rebuked and delivered that night. The following day, the Lord told me “I am the Creator of the universe. I take care of the birds in the sky, flowers in the fields, everything in universe is under my control! (He showed me in my mind that that’s the reason why planets and stars don’t collide with each other unless He would allow that to happen). Even more you my daughter, you’re the apple of my eyes. Why don’t you trust me?” I cried and cried when He said that and asked for His forgiveness. For the next two weeks or so, I received miracles upon miracles almost every day and I was pretty overwhelmed by what happened. So I hope this man would give God a chance to bless him. He lives not because he deserves it but because God wants to show His mercy and grace, so that he will repent. I could tell he had a lot of disappointments in life but didn’t really want to admit it. I was once that person too. Thanks Ray for inspiring me to share the gospel with others.

If I may ask you said that you where strong willed and thinking that you done it yourself. My question is what was the apparent that made you change your mind or understand that it was actually God?
@nessessary67922 жыл бұрын
@@datguy1569 hey there, it wasn't something I learned over night but throughout my walk with Christ. There wasn't a single "ah-ha" moment. It just became more apparent the more I read the Word and getting a better theological understanding and just understanding who God is. I will go over some points. The manner in which I quit my drunkenness. I woke up one night and almost as if it was not my choice, I audibly said out loud "I am never drinking again". There was no reason for me to stop: no bad accident or incident, no allergic or health issues, etc. In fact, I was quite proud of my drinking and boastful in my sinful ways. I always attributed me quitting with my own strong will and desire but the truth is, I was literally plucked out of it by God's hand. See Acts 12:7-11. I was Peter imprisoned (by my sin). God got me out of my prison. Just like Peter, I didn't even realize I was being saved until I was out of the prison walls. Also, coming across other powerful scripture made it more clear to me; Galatians 6:3, Ephesians 2:8-9, Psalm 18:17, and Jeremiah 10:23. Plus, paraphrasing Spurgeon's commentary on Jeremiah 10:23; He points out that "in God's eternal purpose, our paths our mapped out and God will make it all work for His own glory and the good of His chosen people in the end." I was also convicted by a song called There Was Jesus by Zach Williams. A great line is "Even when I didn't know it or couldn't see it There was Jesus". These are just a quick summation of how God made it apparent to me that He is in complete control.

Thanks and praise be to God all mighty, looking at Matt and listening to his words I saw my old self in him. Every word that he spoke I have spoken as well against God, just remembering brings me to tears and I pray for Matt. Job 38:2 "Who is this that obscures my plans with words without knowledge?" Reading this chapter of Job cut me to the heart, I too was that foolish man that spoke words without knowledge towards God. Thanks be to God for the love, mercy and patience he has shown me and I pray for Matt, that he may receive a heart of flesh and may he realize the love that Jesus Christ has for him.

Odds are Matt won’t watch this video but I wanted to hop on and answer his objection to the tree - it was one I struggled with myself before coming to faith in Jesus. God is a relational being by nature, who is interested in a real loving relationship with His image bearers. If He created us without the ability to choose anything but to love and serve Him, no real relationship would be possible. Basically, he’s not interested in pretend relationships with automatons. So, He provided a way for humans to freely choose whether to live on right relationship with Him or not (the tree) and then, because He did know what we would do with that choice, provided a way for us to be reconciled to Him again. God is so good that the first promise of a savior is in genesis 3:15 immediately after the fall🙌 Ray, I appreciate your boldness to share the gospel. Love you, brother.
@Christ-Is-King_2 жыл бұрын
I love to see both kinds of interviews on this channel, because you can see how Matt is engaging and that he's an intelligent and conscience-driven man who is hurt and perhaps believes that God has rejected him or neglected him, and the other young man is the opposite, completely open and eager for the Gospel. But the Spirit is working in them both. I pray that Matt will soften his heart and realize that God granted him such struggle and strife so that he may truly appreciate the grace and love of Jesus. It may seem unfair to us for God to let bad things happen, or for Him to have allowed sin to occur. But He gives us free will so that the relationship is true. He allows bad things so that we may appreciate the good with true sight. He allowed us to fall so we may truly understand and appreciate the need for a Savior. It all is for His glory and His pleasure. We don't have to know WHY all the time. Ultimately, we just need to know that God is good and He was gracious enough to give us life and to be able to know Him in a way that is so intimate and authentic, not just brain-dead worship-bots. He knows each and every one of us who has been, is, or will ever be, and He gave us all a free ticket to life with Him eternal, if we should only take it. I think that's pretty amazing. 😊😊💕💕

Entire Christianity is self imagination, and speculations, nothing to do with original Scriptures. Look what your own Bible say; 1Timothy 2:5: " Jesus is a man, who was appointed by God Almighty as mediator between God and men" All Prophets of God served as mediator between God and men, so Prophet Jesus. You are pagan, because you worship a man, who worship and pray his God. Please stop accusing our beloved Prophet Jesus for falsehood. Accusing Jesus for falsehood is Blasphemy. Challenge. If any so called Christian show me a single verse in your entire so called Bible, where Jesus himself said, " I am God ", or Jesus said himself, " Worship me", I will convert to Christianity.
