We went to Golden Joy, China Town to enjoy authentic Chinese food in Kolkata. probably we can say that they sell the best chinese food in Kolkata. Their Golden Fried Prawns are just to die for. Along with that we ordered, Prawn chips, Chilli Garlic Pepper Chicken, Chilli Pork, Fried Chicken Wanton, Cantonese Noodles, Chicken Fried Rice, Szechuan Chicken and Hot Garlic Fish.
The sumptuous food was the best Saturday lunch ever. You will find the best Chinese food here. And they sell Kolkata style chinese food.

কোনো জিনিস যখন থাকে সেটা অনেকেই মেনে নিতে পারিনা, ভালো বাসতে পারিনা। যখন সেটা চলে যায়, তখন আবার ওটাকেই মিস করছি, মিস করছি বলি, বা ভালোবাসতাম বলি। যেমন পাহাড়ের ব্লগে "অসাধারণ " কথাটা নিয়ে অনেকের গায়ে জ্বালা ধরেছিলো। আজকে র ব্লগে "অসাধারণ "কম বলে অনেকের আবার চোখে জল আসছে। উফফফ!!! যাই হোক খাওয়া দাওয়া টা, আর খাবার গুলো ভালোই ছিলো। অনেক দিন পর শ্রীকান্ত দা কে ছন্দে দেখলাম। ♥️👌

Overall experience was average. It was pretty standard compared to its hype. I found no Chinese atmosphere, food taste, and sauce as such. I have doubt whether they have Chinese or Tiberias chef. Food cost is on higher side. I liked 👍 fish pepper fry, gold fry prawn and chicken fry wanton. In main course, the mixed hakka chowmein noodles was average, definitely it could be improved. Schezwan chilli fish (half plate) was having medium 7 pieces. Any half plate means 7pcs. Half plate gold fry prawn costs Rs550 which is over priced. Even they charged Tips@3.00% in bill which is illegal.

It's been a while I left Kolkata, tried Chinese and Cantonese in different parts of USA, still I crave for ' Kolkata style Chinese '. Nothing can beat it. Note, original Cantonese noodles doesn't contain any butter. This is totally Kolkata style rather golden joy style. Rahul and kajari as usual good together. Just a suggestion if you brief about the background of any food/ food places, that would be great because your viewers are from different parts of the world. Good luck!
