The inland waterways will still be fairly safe, it'll be SUPER hard for Liv to get anywhere super inland, Which imo is kind of a shame because that will just lock the poor Liv player from any action.

@@DenBed most large aquatics have that issue of being constricted to the ocean or really wide rivers (and the rivers all being saltwater is so annoying) which is why semi-aquatics have such an advantage in POT

@@phone_gal True, But Sachi and Mosa can Jump decently and can even hobble onto the land, we've all seen them frequently in GP river...Liv on the other has has almost no land based mobility, actually I'm sure that you cannot even push yourself onto land as a Liv, The only way you'll reach land is if you jump, but Liv doesn't jump that high either and takes a fuck ton of damage from even the slightest bumps, I feel like this issue to such degree is unique to Liv now lol, No way this thing will get anywhere

I played it already and to be brutally honest all aquatics movement system feels really awkward, it worked well on kaiwhekea but for example its giving livya a way too good turn in place. Imo they should rework the movement and make every playable be rather fast with slow turn so it feels more natural. Like turning a 57 ton beast on point 180 degrees in less then 3 seconds is kinda stupid...ruins the whole feeling plus its really hard to maneuver in water and mostly looks really goofy bc the models dont do well combined with the camera angle

It's a bigger ancestor of modern day sperm whales. The only animal a pod of orcas actively avoid. Only the largest pods or orcas (30+) would be willing to take the risk of going after even female sperm whales which are smaller than the males. If orcas actively avoid modern day sperm whales then what would they do against an even bigger version? Yet in this game two or three orcas can take down what is essentially a bigger version of the sperm whale so effortlessly.

Believe it or not, livyatan is actually smaller on average than modern sperm whales based on the one specimen we have. Definitely cooler tho

@@SkylerFarlow Weird because when I looked it up it said it got up to 60 feet and weighed up to 50 tons. And sperm whales (males because they are larger) are said to be the same in weight and are pretty much equal in length so based on what I looked up they are pretty much even in size with the livyatan possibly edging it out slightly in length. Either way it does not disprove my point in the slightest. There's absolutely ZERO way a single orca should be able to take this thing down especially so effortlessly. If You disagree then You're a biased Orca fanboy/girl. Only the largest pods of orcas (30+) would even take the risk of going after a female sperm whale which is much smaller than a male. Sorry but your precious Orca isn't the apex of the sea. If You were trying to disprove my point then You failed miserably. Couldn't be me.

I honestly dislike it a lot, its so slow for being a whale, the lunge is goofy with the spin and makes it hard to use it in combat, the bites are hard to hit and deal no bb, the anims look bad on it and stat wise it just... sucks. Its as if theyre afraid of making the most terrifying ocean predator an actual ocean predator

Well this thing is absolutely useless, it's very slow so all they have to do is get behind you and stay there and just bite you to death while you semi-truck around like a cooked potato I can't even HUNT FISH. Este mod es bastante malo en batalla debido a su lentitud, 2 Tiburones pueden con el fácilmente y una Orca no corre muchos problemas debido a que son mas rapidos. Livyatan es poco funcional no tiene buena defensa ni stamina, sus mordidas son poco precisas y su giro apesta.

Oh Man! Absolutely amazing mod! Can't wait to Not Be able to enjoy....Cuz all the aquatics move inland and Liv cannot go anywhere inland 🥲 (Seriously tho, The Mod is amazing, it just suck Mega Ballz that you will find almost nothing in the ocean because all the aquatics tend to move inland, and Liv can't follow cuz liv doesn't have a super high jump or the ability to crawl properly on the land like Mosa and Sachi, Its such a shame)

- What is sadder is that its none of the Mod's own problem, Its not the Mod's fault that PoT's Aquatic scene is in a precarious situation, The mod itself is doing its job perfectly and it makes absolute sense that Liv cannot crawl on land...Its a Giant Whale... Ofcourse it will have no land mobility, But unfortunately....Poor Liv doesn't know that in order to be a good "Aquatic" in PoT...You have to become atleast Sliiiiiightly "Semi-Aquatic" and learn how to atleast jump high and crawl on land
