I want to ask a question to a Genshin Impact player and fan: didn't Zhongli tell Paimon and Aether/Lumine that he hinted to Keqing and all of the adepti that he's still alive? Also, the fact that no archon is being chosen to replace Rex Lapis and that Rex Lapis died too easily should have aroused the suspicion of the other adepti, including Ningguang. All archons who are dead have a replacement. That in itself is a big indication that the Geo Archon is still alive and hiding his identity. I'm kind of confused-what actually happened? Also, many people said Zhongli is being too extreme with his test for the people of Liyue, and although he did say that he's really happy with how the Fatui handled it, didn't the deal he made with them simply allow the Fatui to create chaos and problems for Liyue, and as to how it went, that's all on Childe and is outside of Zhongli's knowledge? Childe, who released Osial, didn't know the whole deal, right? I'm confused. I'm not a game player; I just had little interest in how it went.

​@@shiorianneHahaha😅. Well, to tell you the truth, I started gaining interest by watching some demo character and cutscene videos that somehow came up in my KZbin algorithm. From there, I watched the playthrough videos and looked up the Genshin Impact wiki fan site and HoYoLAB site. I still didn't have any interest in playing the game, but I enjoyed the story and lore parts of it, particularly those related to the archon.

@@piereandreturner2818 He directly told Ningguang in a dream that Rex Lapis is in fact alive, which she communicated to the rest of the Qixing. But they didn't know that Zhongli was him in disguise. Childe was unaware of the Contract that Zhongli stablished with Signora. But both he and Signora already knew what was Childe's plan. That's why Zhongli only handed over the Gnosis once Liyue successfully dealt with Osial. Should they fail, he would use his power as the Geo Archon to effortlessly destroy Osial himself. In other words, it wasn't a gamble, because his presence eliminated all risk. He wanted to see if Liyue could handle themselves without him. And, since they succeeded, he could finally retire in peace.

For example, many gacha videos, even the recent video on KZbin showcasing Ningguang and the rest of Qixing as not aware of Rex Lapis's death, Like, "so Rex Lapis lied to us" or "how come Rex Lapis is still alive?" with a dark expression on their face. This is what I mean when I ask, "Didn't he hint to Keqing and all of the adepti that he's still alive?" I'm not talking about this video, obviously, but so many other Gacha videos had this kind of reaction. Also, considering how the character behaved in the game, I don't think the Ningguang or any of the Qixing would get angry if they learned the truth, so am I assuming it wrongly? I'm not a game player; I just had little interest in how it went and watched several videos on Genshin Impact.😅

Poor zhongli lost his lover guizhong, the story of how the bolder/stone are together with dust, but as time passes the dust disappear, leaving the bolder/stone behind. Since then, the bolder/stone standing tall without his closest companion by his side became lonely, yet still standing tall to this day. It's truly tragic indeed, but i believe the dust will vome back, with a new form(reincarnated) as shenhe told the traveller that the archon of the liyue will reincarnated after they died (just like Chinese myth, about the birth of phoenix, phoenix in Chinese means reincarnation)

Especially when zhongli keep guizhong favourite flowers, not to mention zhongli still keep guizhong box of knowledge(guizhong give a cube that contain her knowledge to zhongli, her precious box to him, which still tried to open to this day but unsuccessful)also it is said that zhongli cried for the first time when guizhong died, after all we know that zhongli is someone who won't cry easily and after that he never cried. Also it's quite hypocrite of you to say how sick to "ship" them when ppls shipping zhongli with childe, which didn't make sense at all. Like I respect the ship, but that doesn't mean you guys can attack straight shippers, especially when I saw a few times ppls saying "die" in the comment section for the straight ship post. Besides not every rivals ended up together, just bcz they both guys doesn't mean they end up together, now guys can't even hold hands otherwise they be shipped. And not to mention they doesn't have chemistry together at all
