Yes level 60 only allow for fusion X characters. There’s no shortcut you need unlock more fusion, save your souls always try to open discount packs

Let's be honest To beat boss battles easily You need to buy some chatacters , packs or souls Or complete events and challenges and send the characters that you don't need to complete missions so you can earn more souls and with this souls buy packs like mk 11 pack and if you get lucky you can get a cool diamond and honestly all mk 11 characters are great Use this characters on factions wars and story mod So you can upgrade them faster and after like 2 years you will have a cool account I know that 2 years seems a very long time but it really takes that long to make a good account for free If you are ready to pay thousands of dollars you can make an amazing account in a couple of months
