I found this very informative and relaxing at the same time. Lots for me to ponder over 🤔

Another lovely, soothing video! Quite a few things came up that I 'learned' at my Talking Change sessions, eg not avoiding things (that I am still inclined to do!) and deciding whether the things I'm worrying about are things out of my control, etc. Thank you for reminding me! I still have my notes (from 2017) so I should read them from time to time! Thank you for the walks around Cobham too - we've never been there, but we did visit Painshill Park because of your old videos - what an amazing place. It's so good that you had the opportunity to catch up with your old friends (before Lockdown 2.0!). The funny (nice) thing was, a very old friend of mine (I knew her cos our Mums were friends) came to my Mum's funeral last year and ever since, she is the friend I've seen most lately (sticking to Covid rules, of course!) and having lost her Mum in the last few years, knew exactly how I was feeling! Over the years I have filtered out 'friends' that I can't be myself with and I think that helps towards lowering stress. It's quality not quantity! Anyway... looking forward to your next Vlog, Liz! ^_^ x
