Your solution to the end sequences of Ad Astra helped a ton, best way to deal with that beast. Thanks! always love watching how you tackle the games you pick. "Relieved it was a Bloodsucker" , echoes my thoughts exactly, after that trip into The Swamps, the walk back to the Sultansk felt like child's play. As for the weight, I make it a point to limit amount of ammo i carry per weapon. Used to just carry the 2 mains and 1 sidearm, but after getting that sweet SVD i had to carry that too ^^. then, limited amounts of med kits, bandages, food, etc. one can always scrounge them up in the world somehow... anyway... I hope?

In this game there are many items that were in the USSR (Ukraine was occupied and was part of the USSR) and the USSR created almost nothing of its own, they copied foreign things. At 1:11:00 this is a Cossack that was partially copied from the Fiat 600

Regarding what you said about not using upgrades: It's still kinda important in a game like STALKER...or probably only in STALKER because this isnt a level-based progression compared to Fallout where at least your character gets better at their weapons and stuff with skills and perks but in STALKER? It's taken more literally, or grounded. You don't level up here and the only way you can is BETTER GEAR. You yourself will take damage a lot still, but upgrading your suit will save you the trouble of healing all the time. Upgrading your weapons will save you from having it broken and will jam less to not get you killed in combat. This is why it's important to upgrade your gear in STALKER compared to Fallout...

yeah I get that. But that way I play a harder difficulty I mostly use Skifs pistol anyway, and that one I upgraded a bit now I think.

This game isn’t a looter shooter. It’s a survival horror game. There’s some really useful artifacts that you can find that will almost double your carry capacity. You’re probably going to need those artifacts for end game content. Your complaints are self inflicted. ✌🏽
