For the Bratzillaz dolls, the best thing to do is to use a flat iron on a low heat setting, also for any dolls with chewed parts, use hot water on the area, because it helps make the plastic go back to a better shape or back to normal.

car accidents are really terrible, having been in one that wasn't even " that bad" I can't even begin to imagine the pain your mother is in. I really hope for her to have a speedy and safe recovery
