Try using a Magic Eraser on the marks and if it doesn’t work try using acne cream like Oxy. A thousand splendid dolls has a tutorial on it along with many things.

Any acne cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide, there are a lot for around 6 dollars on amazon

Find the highest percentage benzoyl peroxide acne cream you can find. It’s on the ingredients list. Apply the acne cream directly on the spot do not glob a bunch just enough to lightly cover it and then wrap the entire head in plastic cling wrap one and put it directly under a bright light. I use a desk lamp and keep and eye on it you know be safe 💕

I got black sharpie all the way out of a spectra doll with repeated treatments like this. By keeping the acne cream only on the marks you will limit paint loss, I had minimal losses on and eyebrow but I fixed it with paint. Love thrift store and flea market doll rescues 💕

I've been using a magic eraser piece to get the marks off of my bratz dolls that I just got off of ebay. Works great! However, I got a little too confident and accidentally erased a bit of Phoebe's (from Twinz set) blush. I still love her though. Even though she's got triangle blush now LOL.
