To me, Scarlet is my favorite of series 3, only for her outfit. I like comfy clothes, and the fact that she's promoting the upcoming Storywood dolls makes it even better!

Completely agree with you on Scarlett. The base doll is gorgeous but she needs a restyle bad. Oliver reminds me of the boys I went to school with. Like that exact outfit and hairstyle, so I felt a kinship to it.. I'm a boy doll apologist but I was just saying i want a super gay flamboyant rainbow high doll.

​@@sainttanI would say no, only because he's still presenting very normal "boy" clothes. Something more along the lines of the BMR1959 Ken doll with the green hair and the make up. More androgynous/fem presenting but still a "boy" doll, if that makes sense. Granted, you can always restyle or re root the existing boy dolls from RH/SH, but it would be nice to get one out of the box.

I actually really like Oliver’s outfit. It’s one that teens today wear all the time. My gripe with him is his hair and I know it’s supposed to be cultural but I think on a doll it doesn’t work because I’m pretty sure his braids aren’t supposed to be that thick and that’s the problem because it’s a doll so braids are gonna be really thick

I bought every girl doll of series one even tho mostly when they went on sale. Kinda sad that with series two they started to take out the shadow of shadow high. At this point they aren't that far off in concept from rainbow high...just with skincolors matching the theme

Lavender, for me, is really cute! My issue with her (and most of the shadow high dolls from recently) is that she is colourful! It’s shadow high, they should have just made her a rainbow high imo. Shadow high isn’t really shadow, it’s more just rainbow high with purple skin now

The orginals were the best. I didn’t mind the hint of color on The Storm Twins. Plus i really miss the second outfits. If Shannel didn’t come with a second outfit i wouldn't have bought Nicole because i didn’t like her outfits. Also my petite Barbie really looks good in Heather's jacket.

My biggest frustrations with Shadow High can be summed up with Mara, Lola, and Pinkie. They are three pink cat girls with similar shades of Pink, they have similar shades, of pink, and they all look like Equestria Girls Pinkie Pie. One of them is even named Pinkie. Rainbow High really tried to make Pinkie Pie happen 3 times. Why get all 3 of them when they are so similar?

Ugh so happy to hear a compliment towards Rexx: one of my top 5 favorite dolls i got this year lol i feel like everyone just doesn’t like him or thinks he’s boring but i think his face is adorable and i love him in his big puffer coat! I feel like i end up on the other side of things where i just don’t like ash. I like his outfits absolutely- that’s like, impossible to argue with. But i don’t like his hair/face i guess

Shadow high series favorite dolls series one dolls are all the wave one shadow I think all of them are my favorite shadow high series 2 dolls are definitely my favorite but my favorite ones are the series 3 dolls that are already out I can’t wait to get all of shadow high series 3 dolls and excited

I also don't get the spiky beret for Lavender. It's like evil without substance. I didn't notice her unnecessary long hair! Longer than her artwork! I imagine Scarlet Rose walking in the forest for more inspiration. I hope they give her an outfit based on this. Yeah, she is boring looking. Her focus is creative writing after all. Pinkie is just EQ!Pinkie Pie. Full pink and bubble gum.

Shadow High series 3 is a big flop like wth is with some of the characters side note I would love to see shadow high explore more of an edgy/ gothic fashion for the doll like Cyberpunk goth Lolita for some characters like for example Shanelle could rock a Gothic Lolita aesthetic or Zooey with a cyberpunk aesthetic and it’s really sad what shadow high is just kinda died around series 2 like the first series was really good neon shadow is great but that was the point where shadow high just fell because the got rid of the monochrome colors and I really do like series 2 of shadow high but it kinda just got rid of what made shadow high unique they only had two gray scale 3 if your count Dia but it just wasn’t shadow high anymore like never did we ever get a full like of gray scale dolls with good fashion and I know there was gray scale dolls before but they where more for collectors and it really sad that shadow high might just die on its 3rd series the dolls just look like rainbow high dolls now.

SH Series 1 and the SH Special Edition dolls are easily the best SH dolls ever made. Their clothes are great, their color schemes are solid and nicely muted, and they just look amazing! Other than the boy dolls tending to be a bit more basic, the only SH dolls that I feel are the weakest links in the SH line are Dia Mante and Pinkie James. Dia has such an unusual design, I never really liked her outfit very much, and her hair with the tinsel just isn't the best. As for my least favorite, Pinkie James, her name, the clashing shades of pink in her color scheme, and her outfit are all weak points to me.🖤💜

Not to sound like a glasses hater (I wear them because my vision is dogshit) but I feel like she works better without the glasses and potentially with better bangs, the curtain bangs don’t work and look awkward with the extreme length of her hair. Shorter hair and blunt bangs would benefit her greatly
