Lizzy is a great inspiration for me, and none of us are undatable, it just takes some of us reaching a different age or time in our lives when the stars just align in the right way for us. I used to get sad too, thinking everyone else had kids but me, everyone had everything else but me, and all I did was work and watch TV every day. Now I just learned to love the life I have and if that means no kids and being alone I have come to accept that and am still happy. Love is a thing for you, don't give up, just enjoy yourself and let things happen for you while you are living your best life.

I can relate to this so much. I'm gonna be 24 in a couple of days and I've dated but I've never had a serious relationship. It kind of makes me feel like crap about myself a lot of the time. Especially with my brother and sister always being in relationships, and my brothers four years younger than me. I'm also so resentful of my friends and family who are in relationships, I try to be supportive but it sucks when it's not happening to me. I'm trying to work on worrying about bettering myself and not focusing on finding a significant other now. I like to think when it's meant to happen it will happen.

24 is so young! don't stress about it, theres someone out there for everyone, and if not there is still friends and family for support and love. my advice would be the exact thing you are doing, focus on yourself! live life and enjoy it while you are completely untied from anyone, and have a ton of fun! work on yourself, do things for you and be selfish about that, take yourself on dates and treat yourself to gifts. I never had any guys interested in me and I was totally down until I did that, and I was so fucking happy and so much fun, and as a silver lining though more men became interested in me, and now I look back it was because I was happy and confident and was living free. (ovb the men being attracted thing was NOT the main goal and was certainly not the reason I did that) take care, sorry for rambling lol

I pray for my future wife too. I made all the same mistakes. God's timing is perfect, where I get in trouble is when I'm impatient or trying to stay in control. I also have a health condition and have had some success, and I find myself questioning the girls intentions. So far I've stuck out over and over. If you want what you never had, do what you've never done. For me that means loving myself, trusting God, and being patient.

Dating helps you learn what you like and dislike in a partner. It's practice for handling conflict and such. Lessons learned dating are valuable. I'm in my 40's, not a traditionalist, never married, am friends with my ex's for many yrs.

Even though I liked her very much, I still considered my self much more prettier than her but I lacked personality. Later on, my friend help me to develop better personality and confidence. I didn't have any Romantic experiences at all until I was 22. My current boyfriend of almost 4 years is my first with EVERYTHING. Lizzie, I wish I knew you in high school. I was born with Pfeiffer Syndrome, and until adulthood, I didn't know anyone else with a birth defect. At this point in life I don't want to pursue dating nor do I want to marry because I choose to enjoy life as it continues to run its bipolar course (; If I do happen to meet someone, then that'd be a cool surprise I wouldn't mind experiencing. It would be another blessing to make it count. I personally admire the qualities that make up an independent woman. Hi Lizzie, I also tried so hard to make sense of the fact that I wasn't finding anyone out there who I could relate to..someone to feel crazy for and happy about, deep down inside. I also acknowledged that, while I did not need a guy for my happiness, it would still be so nice to have someone in my life. I went through my 20s searching and being disappointed. When I reached 30 I told myself I wasn't going to do that anymore. Like you, I began to pray about it, asking God to please help me find someone who would be good for me, a like-minded soul, someone who would also be my friend. I literally stopped this crazy pursuit and when I least expected it I met someone (he lived in another state) who seemed to fit the bill for me. We managed the long distance and believe it or not, were married nearly five years later. That may seem like a long time but all I'm saying is when it's right and it's your time you will definitely know it! I think you're bright, beautiful and amazing. Best wishes to you!!

Dear Lizzy! It´s completely normal to feel that way! You know, I have a problem in my lips's skin that make see them not very nice! I trying right know to found what is the problem. Anyway, the point it is that, because of this I´ve never had a relationship too, and you mention already what happen in our minds, but it´s because we all have an ego! And that ego makes you compares with other persons, and ego-mind do the duality. If other persons have that you don´t have, the ego-mind start to talk to you in your head the way that only know to do, thinking about himself! And desire what others have, making you believe that having that, you will be complete! and you will be on par with other people! And if you don´t have that, you are less, and the other people are more. This it´s how ego-mind (talking synthetically) works in our minds, because in our childhood and in our adolescence, we develop him and it´s a normal process. Through out the suffering we can understand that, that is not what we are in essence. Unfortunately, we live in a society, that feed quite the opposite, and we are bombed with this false information, that tell you that in onder to be happy, you have to have a girlfriend o boyfriend, that you have to form a family, have children, and you will be happy, and don´t saying that this is bad or you don´t have to do it, it´s part of human nature leave our legacy in our children, but legacy can be transported to other persons that not necessary have to be our children, like you do with us dear Lizzy! with yours video´s reflections and talks that inspire and help so much people!
