wow i never realized how down to earth and sincere Lizzo was. And the fact that she apologized for using the word 'Spaz" in one of her songs and actually REreleased it and removed the whole line, says alot about who she is. Not to mention her music is so catchy

What's wrong with saying spaz?
@ShadeMedia2 жыл бұрын
@@RoxanneGutierrez010 I didn’t even know this but in the UK “Spaz” is a derogatory term used to make fun of ppl with the disability Cerebral Palsy. Lizzo meant to use it as - to throw a fit, or tantrum. But she wasn’t aware of that. After many tweets of fans she re released the song and change the whole line. One of the many reasons to love Lizzo as an artist and person.
@QueenNoTeetha1512 жыл бұрын
@@ShadeMedia That's right. When I was at school in the UK back in the eighties ,kids would use that word a lot to be mean. Don't even ask what "spunky" means!! lol
@mikaylatillett44272 жыл бұрын
@@ShadeMedia see i just feel bad for her. 1. she was raised in the US where that word was used regularly, not the UK. 2. she was not even using it as a slur or derogatory term. i have never heard anyone freak out on any other artist for that word either. she shouldnt have had to apologize for people wanting to turn it into something it’s not

6:00 to 6:15 Lizzo went from elated to deflated, it was so adorable! Seeing a Super-talented Diva in her own right having a Stan-induced momentary breakdown over the Queen Bey just made her even more relatable and more loveable. So cute, but also i little heart breaking. I hope TLLSWJC and Lizzo's team send Beyonce's team a clip of it, including her singing along to Crazy In Love and and that Lizzo's Stans and fellow Beyhive members post it online and tag Beyonce until she ACTUALLY gets to meet her Queen Bey!
