I download the song from KZbin using a KZbin to mp3 converter. Then I put the pictures in. I place the music and the pictures in Windows movie maker and rearrange the video to my satisfaction.

I honestly am usually too lazy to find the original song so I hit loop and play my other games, I don't think people who like the song are going to be watching it repeatedly. If they were that would make sense but they probably aren't, so a watermark isn't that distracting, specially if you put it in the corner.
