Hi Simon, I'm looking at buying the smart mini version. Would this model be much slower than the longer kayaks in this video?

@@tomhullbridge Hello Tom. Yes it would be. A rough analogy would be to compare a short squat kayak like a whitewater play boat against a marathon K1 which is a very long thin boat. Basically the longer and narrower the kayak is, the better the performance and efficiency it is with the same amount of effort. Perhaps contact us directly and share what your intended usage would be so we can advise better? Perhaps the Smart MINI would still be ok for short distances over flat calm water but not for long distance off shore. Simon

Hi Simon, thanks for your swift informative reply. Unfortunately, I don't live in the UK and since Brexit I avoid ordering things from the UK, sad but true. I'm planning on ordering directly from Neris in Ukraine if possible. Thanks again.
