playing less to avoid burnout is super underrated advice and something i personally had to realise myself, people wonder why they're not improving when they're playing every day or however much but it's because they're playing too much and are burnt out they can't improve, which leads to more frustration with the game and less motivation

true, a lot of people say "play more", and while yes, its true, taking rests are important to relax your muscles, prevent any serious injuries and avoid unnecesary stress. also hand workouts are pretty important to stay consistent with accuracy

real i stopped playing for a year I think and got my first 200 after a month(?) of playing and started being able to play 7* to 8* maps which i couldnt really do before lol
