I've heard that even if you dissolve your LLC in 2024, you still have to file. I've also heard that TD Bank got fined 3 billion dollars. They did mention fincen in the report which I don't understand why. I'm sure TD bank have more than 20 employees and make more than 5 mil.

TD bank got fined for money laundering of cartel drug money. Employees were also arrested and fined. Regulations and compliance were lacking.
