I appreciate your good work: however these question still bother me. 1-If someone is the primary resident of Maryland and wants to get LLC registered in Delaware, is it illegal or against the state law, not to register it as a foreign entity in MD? 2-How the LLC and his personal income from that LLC will be taxed?
