Thanks for your reply. If you have more money to buy four different extruder is better than this. You could spend half price of four machines’ price to get this. You could produce four different size of film in the same time. You could use two machine space to set up this four head blown film machine.

@@matthewfang2219 that sounds good but in my opinion if the extruder or something else went wrong with this machine you will lost all of your production at once for some time Wich is heavy on pocket.

@@Pgames-dv5ct Thank you for your advice. I think machine maintenance in normal is better than anything else. Make sure the machine is best condition before operation in normal. Just like a car maintaince, regular maintenance is important to protect your safety while driving.

@@matthewfang2219 I am working in this field since 2003 I run my own setup with 4 extruder machines making different type of products lldpe, hdpe bags agriculture film etc I making these products at same time by different machines whenever to increase production of one type of I just change the material and diy and it's help me to the demanding products production.

A mí concepto en 35 años de experiencia ese tipo de cabezales ramificado son un dolor de cabeza con el tiempo. Son ensayos ya repetidos. Con una zona de calefacción que falle se pierde el equilibrio de fluidos

Thanks for your reply. I think the technical person need to maintain the heater is worked normal. Any heater is broken to influencing the mold situation in the barrel.
