If one apply under dual intent. How express application will be decided at present score which is well below the cureent prevailing score of 470 plus. After completion of studies in canada my crs score will cross 470 then i can reapply at this new score which well above 470. How this will be treated.

Most new students and immigrants to Canada are trying to take a short cut and doing garbage courses. They will get PR but will never get a good job and work general jobs in warehouse, Restaurants etc.Life is very long and surviving Canada in lower level jobs is difficult.
