My Eumig S 807D Sound Cine Projector.

As this is my first video for 2021, I thought I would do something different from model making and show you my old Eumig sound projector that I have had for more than 40yrs now. It still works today as from the time I first bought it. As we are now in a digital age , I thought I would revive the day of cine film...Please enjoy....

Thanks Lloyd. I have the same model from my father. It has not been used for over 30 years. I turned it on today, hoping not to electrocute myself. It works, but very noisy. I’ve found some old film which I will thread through if the film is not damaged. Thanks again.

I own four of these. The dual models in particular have chewed up much irreplaceable footage. I feel a sense of deep relief each time the leader emerges under the take-up reel. Until that moment, my ears and eyes are on high alert.

nice old Projector, great collection of 8mm movies, in some ways its a pity Video then DVD came along, hope you enjoy them for another 40 years Lloyd

I have this. The control knob's inner workings broke. I have to keep the bottom cover off so I can manually hold the cam in place with my finger as I turn the knob.

What a great collection, Lloyd! Wish I still had my super 8 collection of movies. The only one I have left is a 1968 Spider0Man cartoon.

Hi, I have one of this projector but when I plug it make hight noise... I think is fan. Its normal? Any way to low that noise? Thanks

If only it was possible to get hold of replacement recording heads. And they did not have that anoying amplifier hum.

This and similar Eumigs are kind of noisy. Also, the audio output has a little hum.😂
