Ralph so the Air 80 blocks more UV than Nanoflex? I can see the uv card is a little more purple than the llummar

Looks like it if you trust that uv card made in China.

Most States require a minimum 70% light transmission through the front windshield. OEM windshields block a small amount of light . Using a 70 or 72 film would drop the light transmission through the windshield below 70% making the installation illegal. The Llumar 80 keeps the installation Legal. The 70 and 72 would be ok for the side and rear glass, if you want an OEM look while blocking UV rays.

not true with using llumar 80 on present vehicles...it STILL falls below the minimum 70% light transmission...tried on our '10 honda cr-v, and tested at 69.5, so not able to install. Tried on another vehicle, a recent mazda 3, still falls below 70%. The Air 90 DOES pass the minimum, as tested with the meters it read at 79.5% In Hawaii, standards are enforced...

Because you live in the Liberal utopia of Hawaii. Live with the government you elected. Most states are 70% with a 3% +/- , meaning it can read as low as 67% because light meters are not exact .
