LLY turbo install is officially done and the truck sounds AMAZING with the 64mm turbo! I can't wait to start driving this everyday! 3" down pipe helped big time with the throttle response as well

I had a 64mm&88mm compound set up on my 6.7 Cummins, drove from Mn to CA and back, I could hear the whistle in my head for a month after, like when you get a ringing in your ear after shooting a gun. It’s cool to hear two tones of Whistle tho, then when you lay into it the scream they get crazy high pitched.

Did you notice any performance over the stock turbo? I’m wanting to upgrade my turbo in my lbz but I’m undecided if I want to go non-VGT because I think the turbo whistle would be too much for daily driving and would get annoying real quick as opposed to a non-VGT

Whistle definitely does not get annoying! I did the 3” down pipe at the same time. Throttle response is much better

just finishing a fleech cheetah and auora 5000 pusher piping ppe silicone everything cc breather reroute gonna. run an edge until I am done with the fuel ane whatnot and then write up some on the fly flashes csp5''d. Just so happens I finsihed the GMC LBZ loaded up gonna sell that pig, and bought a 96 holy grail cummins 13 years ago with less than 100k original miles. 13 years later 200k plus it's a monster. Gonna sell or trade after I d919o a rear disc brake conversion and then last but not least 1 of 4 ever to come ordered. 2010 cummins, laramie LOADED, 150k mint, dually with a factory G56 my favorite trans as I swap them in to everything I can in cluding that 96. Also go pusher piping, ppe silicone, fleece vgt and aurora 5000, 3250gk southbend, studded it, ppe bridges, billet pushrods titanium keepers, will push 80psi so HEavy springs, dual cp3's, fuel boss, shroth throw shifter, 22 fuels on 37s with a air ride, smoothest vehicle I've ever riden in and I have 2 beamers and a new denali....love it. Fleech cheetah on everything i own. every truck, lawnmower, toaster, wife likes it more than a little cholke....get some!
