I still love melee and some things about this game will never be as great as melee but I’m having fun being part of something new. This is the only platfighter that comes in the same vicinity of melees greatness. Ultimate is trash if you actually care about matchups.

@@FireDragons7 nah. I love rivals and I'm a PC diehard but people would still play smash regardless. At the end of the day KZbin(and gaming) is a career so people are always gonna play the games that get them the most attention, money and prestige. Rivals just cannot compete with that as it doesn't have the IP characters or legacy. Multiversus is a horrible game but will still get more mtx sales than rivals because it has superman etc👍

Downward up b doesn’t put you in special fall/helpless after it ends. It’s important to understand however that it’s not like one of the recovery moves that let you cancel them into a wall jump at any point, you have to pretty much give the move enough room to fully complete. But then afterwards you can wall jump, air dodge up, or do whatever and still up-b again. Ranno has a pretty strong recovery in terms of distance and mixup potential
