I knew Nikolas was alive. GH don't kill the Cassadines like that. One of the scene with Ava, Austin, detectives, Bennett and Falconery was my favorite today. I die laughing when detective Bennett said "Nikolas initials on the watch were some serious initials and one serious name."

I am glad Nikolas is still alive if for no better reason than to relieve Spencer's guilt that he blames himself for Nikolas disappearance, I wonder what havoc Nikolas will cause now 🤔 it would be fantastic if they could have a great father, son relationship 🙏🏾

Spencer deserve to feel guilty the little jerk has it in for his Dad since his return and no it wasn't because of Ryan who only met Esme in person after Spencer went to prison at Spring Ridge or Esme who he was manipulating the whole relationship because she stroked his rage boner against Ava and his Dad. Nikolas warned Spencer repeatedly about his attitude and actions eventually reaching the point of no return and he very smugly threw the confession video in Nik's face after Ava gave it to him and plotted to steal Ace from him because he was butthurt Nikolas bedded his so called Ex. Spencer is a petty brat and Trina deserves better than him. All that will come of that relationship is Trina's heartbreak. Spencer was always an entitled prick even as a kid to Cameron and Emma just because he had money. He thinks he's god in Port Charles because everyone babys him. He literally had grown adults with deductive reasoning chasing his ex girlfriend because he wanted revenge which prompted Heather and Ryan to come to the girl's defense while everyone ignored and still ignores the real hook. Britt's death is on Spencer and his pettiness, Nikolas near death is on him too. He should feel all of it a few crocodile tears ain't gonna change him he's full of himself now.

Too bad some of us can't see this situation for what it really is, sometimes we need to walk in another's shoes to feel the pain, Spencer has nothing to feel guilty about, he has been though enough already, good thing this is a soap, regardless, I am loving Spencer and Trina, they belong together ❤️

Yea Ashley's so glad also, but I've never wanted Handsome Tyler to leave, in the first place all them long years ago, but I've been reading that Tyler did say he would come back?any time, I'm just really really hoping them writers would have Tyler return!! Now I repeat he said Tyler would return, so if he's so willing to return hopefully they will after ;think; Tyler did not get fired so he can return if the writers will allow him to come back, honestly hope he's next handsome dreamy Nickolas to return

As much as Nikolas being alive, there are some things to remember! - If anyone hopes that Tyler Christopher will return, that is unlikely to happen anytime soon. According to Nancy Lee Grahn(Alexis) Christopher burned a lot of bridges in 2016 when he departed the show, so it seems that he won't be reprising the role anytime soon. - Speaking of burning bridges, Marcus Coloma, who played Nik before Adam Huss took over, also unfollowed everyone when he was told he was let go from the role. So chances are, he will not return to the show either. So it seems either three things will happen! - Adam Huss will be cast as the "new" Nikolas and continue with the storyline. - A new Nik will be cast. or - The writers will take a mini break from Nikolas for a while and have him return once a suitable recast is found.

Thank you for saying this. The number of people who are demanding TC return, without understanding the context of how he left is amazing, and not in a good way. He hasn't played the role in almost ten years. And while I too wax nostalgic sometimes, a lot can happen in that time that can color decisions like this. I have come to discover that I am a character fan first and Nikolas means a lot to me, who plays him doesn't matter so much.

I'd like to see Adam get a chance to shine. The feedback was pretty positive and he fit in right away with the cast. They may find a soap vet to take on the role, but I think AH has earned a shot.

@@hordeofswords I believe in 2nd chances and that people can evolve, but I understand your point, we don't know what happened behind the scenes. If they ever take a chance on him again, I imagine that it'd be a strict and maybe even short-term contract to see how he holds up. It's understandable that gh/abc/Disney would have liability concerns.

@@pb4ugo19 I'm actually quite sad about the whole thing. I started watching GH as a kid and around the time Nikolas was introduced, so his character holds a special place for me and by extension, TC. I would love nothing more than for Tyler to come back, but that doesn't seem like its in the cards. What bothers me is that for every kind and decent person who wants Tyler to comeback and succeed after all he's gone through, there are those that are incredibly obnoxious about it -- and to Tyler specifically. These people spam his Instagram posts demanding his return, not understanding a lot of nuance behind it, and not understanding that the whole situation has to be really hard for him. GH was his home base for over 20 years. Aside from bts issues, the biggest issue to TC returning would be getting him insured. His past medical and substance abuse issues do not work in his favor. Studios require actors to have a certain length of sobriety before they're even considered and that along with known medical issues would make him almost impossible to ensure or have a premium so high, the studio won't believe its worth it. Especially if he didn't leave on the best of terms, which a lot of the other GH actors talked about.

My best friends brother is an actor on another soap and from what he's told me Daytime contracts don't leave much room for you to explore a lot of options outside of the show. Some actors don't want to tie themselves down like that. Most of the talk online is that AH is being used as a placeholder until they can hire another actore full time.

I do think Nikolas will get away with everything. He is a Cassadine, and his mom is Mayor which means she probably will work something out. I'm just tired with everyone's hipocracy, especially Dante. His father has committed crimes and he has gotten away with everything. Nikolas did what anyone would have done if they were in his place. He though Esme was the hook and was protecting the child that she was having.
