Ukrajinčina v škole v Jarabine

Thank you, L'ubovnianska TV, for your report on the school in the village of Jarabina doing their part to help the students who have fled from Ukraine due to war. Sadly I do not understand the Slovak language, but merely hearing such unknown words being spoken, and seeing the video of teachers and students working in the classrooms, gives my hope for their future. As one whose grandfather left Jarabina almost 120 years ago to start his new life here in the United States, I am immensely proud to know my ancestral village is, like so many others throughout Europe, doing whatever they can to ease the horrible suffering that has been inflicted on the Ukrainian people.
