Alicent in the book is a see you next Tuesday, her, the actress, and what they’ve done with the show as far as changes to the Alicent/Rhaenyra relationship/storyline I almost sympathize with Alicent. honestly, it's probably because they don't actually know anything. Look at what happens when the actors know the source material by heart and get into arguments with the writers about where the show is heading (Henry Cavill, Ian McElhinney, Conleth Hill etc.) Especially incompetent writers like Hess like their actors to be ignorant, so they can get away with vandalizing the source material.
