An excellent start to your new Model Crafter's series, Phil!; full of useful tips (I particularly like your cautions at 05:14: 'IMPORTANT! Do not glue all three sections together at this time!' I.e. prior to priming; also at 06:49: 'IMPORTANT! Turn the arm so that the hand grasps the door edge'). I can't wait to watch the other entries

Love this Frankie build and paint Phil! Do you think it’s good practice to wash all parts before doing any gluing? Lots of advice out there saying you need to get rid of any mould release agent before proceeding! I always do that with a vinyl kit but don’t know about a styrene kit. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely! I wash all kits, no matter the material! It makes a HUGE difference!

Love your video but I have question what kind of paints do you use to get those color and how much did this kit cost thanks

I use craft paints, since model paints are so expensive anymore. The kit is long out of production. Your best bet is to look on ebay.

Why do they call it Frankenstein when its not Frankenstein its Frankenstein's monster Frankenstein was the creator

I like it but I would have tried to make the clothes look more "worn" instead of new. I would have painted the collar differently too. The bolts sticking out his neck need to be gray. I also would have varied the floor planks like you did the wall stone.

To each his own. In the first film, his clothes were not that worn. The bolts were painted silver, since they are supposed to be metal. The plank floor was detailed with dry brushing and left some what monotone, since it's supposed to be old and most wood when old is monotone. Those were merely my preferences.
