Scrapper Love!
We got ~1000 dps increase from Hammer2, 5% from Big Boomer and Throw Mine is actually usable now. Blast Gyro does not fit into the dps set (the dps increase would just be ~300, not keeping up with mines). Hammer3 is a little more usable now, but still not a dps increase.
Rifle Turret and AAR perform approximately similar and is easier to execute (especially for moving bosses), but CC and boonstrip of mines got boosted even more and they are a really nice filler for when you have to wait for Hammer2 to cool down.
This bench will be higher with Stability (see above), which every HealMech will apply for 50%, added to (but overlapping) your personal Stability from Applied Force. The current condi meta paired with everyone playing Rifle Mech (immob) provides often more conditions than these 10 and the perma barrier of Scrapper allows you to always run Writs, which pushes you up even more.
Feel free to skip F1 if you are playing with qScrapper in your group and have enough Superspeed uptime.
EDIT: Rifle Turret does approximately the same dps than Shredder Gyro, but only because it ends up with producing less superspeed for your "Object in Motion". If you play with a Quickness Scrapper in your group that pushes your superspeed, Rifle Turret will be a dps increase!
