Nice, subtle changes that are making the bike look very clean and tidy. As I've said before, I'm not a Harley fan generally, but overall, you have sparked an interest with your take on the look you a going for. Thankyou for sharing both your video and your imagination.

just a little tip, whenever you turn the ignition on and off you should keep the clutch pressed, otherwise this will generate more clearances inside the gearbox in particular the clutch. Its a simple Logic just think how a clutch works.. Cars are the same, especially when they have a dual mass flywheel ( think i wrote it right)... Love you videos Keep up the good work 💪 Big hugs from Portugal 🇵🇹

I used these ignition switches on most of our choppers ,supper clean, easy to install, and if you have one with the electric choke feature, you can use that for your horn switch or kill switch eliminating even more wiring.

I can partially blame you with looking to get a Sportster. Only cheap ones atm are 883 in the age I'm after (have to be older than '98 for cheap rego) so I'll look at building it then do a 1200 kit. just waiting on the bike (hopefully this week)

Here's a dumb question: Why mount the p-pad on the rear fender so it slopes downward? I've seen others do it this way, but also seen it mounted so that the pad is horizontal and not angled forward. You would think that mounting it so that it's horizontal would be better for a passenger should you have one. Is it personal preference, style, or some other reason?? Just curious. Thanks !!!

What do you think about the definition of a “chopper” is a bike that cannot be easily returned to factory and a “bobber” is a bike that has had every ounce of unnecessary weight in parts removed but can easily be returned to stock? I think I was watching weems motor co. And he said something like this showing his triumph.
@LNSPLTBLVD
@LNSPLTBLVD 2 жыл бұрын
In my opinion, a chopper has to have a lot of frame modifications where as a bobber is mainly removing stock parts with minimal frame mods
@jeremye6516
@jeremye6516 2 жыл бұрын
I sorta feel that way as well. “Chopper” sorta implies changing rake and trail significantly. Maybe in classic motorcycling pre 60s 70s. There’s also the idea that chopper comes from chopping the numbers of wreck bike and putting on stolen bike. Like chop shop.
