If you use a small oven, you can bake on the rattle can and it will last as long as a powdercoating. It really hardens the paint up a lot.

Great job well done. This is the right way to do this. Strip the bike and rebuilt. This way you can make sure that everything is properly mounted and working.

I pulled a motor from a 750 Suzuki that had been sitting and put it in a buggie , had to totally redo all the electrical , its funny how little you need to run the bike , when you see all they stick in there lol....

Next time cut wire harness looms, use a seam ripper/cutter (like the ones they use for hemming and sewing) it hella lowers the risk of cutting wires. KEEP AT IT!

Love the content but a little surprised you didn't powder coat the parts you painted & you also put the cable through the wrong hole on carb , you put the throttle cable through the idle cable ferrule putting it at a weird angle . You can put a manual stater button on the end of the starter eliminating more wiring too .
