Nicely done. It's footage like this that'll make children like Nathan wish Christmas was 365 days long, i.e., everyday. I am impressed with how professional the staff appeared and dressed; surely those touches add to the passengers' enjoyment. Most of us are aware it's indeed a challenge, getting good footage while trying to enjoy the train experience. While it's none of my business, I offer as a suggestion the family leave the camera at home for next December's ride so as to totally immerse themselves in the Polar Express -- unencumbered with the challenges of acquiring good sights and sounds. All aboard!
