Contract articles: ‘al’ and ‘del’. The article ‘al’ is the contraction of a + el and the article ‘del’ is the contraction of de + el.
Neutral article ‘lo’ is used with adjectives, adverbs or participles. If you are interested! You definitely have to watch this video!

Ala or del is not clear coz of mesculine or feminine u didn't give examples of these tows when feminine wil come then we have to put there la, and i think médico is masculine and we heave to put there del ok in neutral and in comman noun what we use
