This was my first homework radio video. Ever since I've been on and off when coming here. My whole life, I've struggled with terrible, terrible ADHD. I tried to self medicate, which led to an addiction (2 months clean now). When I decided to go clean it was really really hard to keep to it due to my lack of focus. Even 2 months later as all the withdrawals are gone I'm still struggling to focus. That's where homework radio comes in. Every time their premieres come on I feel zen. Never have I been more productive thanks to a well curated Playlist based on [blank] only. Whether I'm at work or at home, whether I'm trying to clean or read, I come here and I'm finally able to focus. I finally got my adhd medication 2 days ago and I'm still happy to have homework radio in the background while I work. Thanks for everything.

I specialize in crystal, candle and moon magick. The ones who work with demonic spirits are the Dark Magick witches which I agree are disturbing, but there are loads of magicks out there that don't have anything to do with demonic or supernatural beings in our practices.

Alese Martin well rain water has many properties but is mainly used for spell work and bath rituals (as far as I’ve heard correct me if I’m wrong I’m still and always will be learning) I use it for bath rituals by adding it for clarification and calmness but others use it in kitchen magick, garden magick, and just to drink. If I were you i probably would not rely on just me for this information because this is just what I’ve read and if you are interested you should probably do some research.

They think words either have no meaning or they mean whatever they feel like making them mean... but the truth is, words are literally SPELLS. it's important to understand the meaning and etymology of the words we use. It's SO important to say what we mean and mean what we say. We hurt and mislead people with them so often, often unintentionally. And sometimes people say, "i didn't mean it, i was just angry." But, it takes more than that to undo the damage caused to the other. You can't unring a bell. That spell has gotten inside the other person and, has also increased the same within themselves. You need to counter harmful words with twice as many healing ones... and promise not to cause that harm again. Our Integrity is our most powerful asset. What we hate in others is what we need to heal within ourselves. What we heal within outlrselves helps your external experience become more peaceful, we see the Good in others, and can say the words that help bring that out in them. So, giving healing sends healing to ourselves. It's all connected. Magic is everywhere. In everything. If only we take the time and the care, the intention with the right words... we could really make a difference in the world.

i'm gonna write something kinda deep here: i've never been a really confident, social, outgoing or positive person. I started being an atheist about 4 years ago and during quarantine i realized that i had "a hole inside of me" (lol yeah the innuendos), something was missing, but i didn't know what. Then, in comes TikTok with Witchtok. I really don't know how it popped up in my for you page, but it did. I started digging further and further into these new worlds called "Wicca", "Paganism" and "Witchcraft". As i learned more and started practicing it little by little, i felt that hole fill up. I started going out more, to take walks and enjoy looking nature do its thing, i started being more positive about almost everything, hell, i even became more confident about myself! I just wanted to express my gratitude to...i don't even really know, i'm just really greatful. Anyways, remember to charge your crystals, make a little offering to your deity and blessed be! I listened to this nonstop during the initial covid lockdown with real spring and summer storms just outside the open window. I'd listen to this and lay on the floor half naked to cool down from the weather, I'd try to finish some assignments, sometimes I'd journal to this, or just play it with a candle burning and a just-cleaned house. Yayoi Vixen I would like to know what I should start researching on? I’ve always wanted to be a witch and family has always spoken about my grandmother practicing some “magic” but I wouldn’t know what or how to even begin this! I wouldn’t want to disrespect anyone just super lost 😔

@@anaulloa8818 aww I think most people don't disrespect by mistake so don't be too scared about that (for exemple some people take instagram pics in cemeteries ;;;). As for research I think the best option is to seek maybe ressources from fellow witches. (Ive seen some good ones on tumblr and even youtubers!! The last one i found and really liked on KZbin is called The Green Witch). You've made the first step, you want to be a witch, you want to also be mindful and respectful!! You're already one! I think for starters you have to learn about what you might be interested in. Be it crystals, tarot, rituals, spells, nature, astrology, pendulums etc etc. The rest will come naturally to you as you surround your feeds of witchy things. If you want to be cautious but don't know if you should trust someone, trust your gut feeling first. Does ouija feels dangerous? It probably is then, until you can make proper research on it. If you feel inexperienced with something, save it for the right time, learn about it when you feel ready. Also I strongly believe the universe (or if you believe in having guides) will forgive you if you make a mistake and learn from it. A friend of mine once made fun of a japanese deity's angry face. They pestered her until she apologized, all the way back home. She felt like she had a tiny curse on her but she eventually learned from it and swore to never make fun of a deity's appearance again, especially if in front of them. Don't stress out too much, you're on the right path!! It's normal to feel overwhelmed, you have yet to know what this is all about, or that magic happens in every little things even. Find some good places to dig online, in book, by chatting with others on the different practices and the differences with wiccan and pagan as they're more of a religious topic! If you're not interested in those, you don't need intensive learning. Pick what you need to shape your journey, keep the warnings in mind and I'm sure you'll have a wonderful time💜🍃 (If you can ask what your grandma might have been doing, dowsing, keeping crystals... or maybe using herbs in a magical way, I'm sure it would also inspire you!!)
