You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨️ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. the first time i heard this i was in a car ride to connecticut. it was late and i was riding shotgun, so while drifting off to sleep i decided to put on a beat to relax. the minute i clicked on this beat all my problems and anxiety seemed to melt away. riding through the city while just listening and feeling the music. i then began to listen to this whenever i practiced soccer in my basement as a way to eacape from whatever i was dealing with. then about 4 and a half months ago while i was mid way through my session i got a snap. it wasnt even from anyone i knew but i just felt something when i received it. like something inside me just clicked when i saw the notification. so i just started a conversation. in the past 4 and a half months ive experienced and felt things that i never had before. i fell in love with someone who no matter how many mistakes i make or things i regret doing she stays with me and loves me all the same. i never thought id be in this position any time soon but i feel incredibly lucky that i am and i hope that everyone here will too.
