I used to test the emissions from the stack there back in the early 2000's. One of the better sites to work at back then.

Ah once you've gone in and tipped it once, you know the story for the next time. I've been to worse places if you watch back one of my other videos "two trucks two days" But that other place has changed it around for the better thankfully. Sure we all need a challenge for time to time 😂😂 Thanks for your comment and happy new year.

The A2 carriage way from Hillsborough to Newry is northern irelands 2nd most deadliest road... That's one road you need 360 deg vision I've travelled on thousands of times.

would you have to have a separate license for the artic tankers like that or would you only need it for the hazardous materials like the fuel trucks? great video and glad to have a lad from Ireland on the POVs.
@burgerman323 сағат бұрын
@@danielg4482 the tankers I work with you only need regular artic license. The likes of fuel tankers and and any other trucks carry chemicals /fuels etc you need a haz chem licence along with your artic licence. Thanks for you question.

I was up there once years ago I knew it looked familiar. Some size of a hole in the ground 😂 But they didn't make it have awkward enough for ya 😂
@burgerman3Күн бұрын
@@Pete-fr6ml yeah it's a big hole in the ground alright 😂 Ahh I suppose once you get used to where the silo is it's handy enough. Thankfully I'm not heavy which wouldn't be good for the trailer twisting it in towards the silo. On the cement tanker work I do we are always grossing 46ton and some places are tight to get into. Over time it's hard on the tanks
@Pete-fr6mlКүн бұрын
@burgerman3 I suppose like a lot of places they just keep getting bigger over time and keep adding bits on and stuff ends up in places like them silos 😂 Ya it's not exactly ideal on them but at least its only the odd spot thats like that, but i guess the show must go on as they say 🤣

How long did it take to tip there......i used to pull a trailer with blowing equipment on it and we used to deliver animal feed to farmers....on the way home we used to load barley or wheat and it took about an hour to blow off the wheat or barley into a silo....that tank looks like a high pressure tank.
@burgerman3Күн бұрын
@@bertiethomas960 so the product I have on there is a fiber in a pellet type of form. It's mixed in with the making of certain tarmac. The tipping Tank I am using is a high pressure tank. You can off load 10 ton in about 26 minutes at around one and a half bar. The first I used that tank tipping that product it took me over an hour to tip. I was sending to much air up the line. 😂😂 I have it well mastered now. I've been tipping regular cement tankers for a long time now.
