I went to three Targets and two Walmarts before I finally found two lonely blasters at the third Walmart. Did not disappoint. One Chrome 1st on card auto and one Juan Soto purple #/199 plus a Jenkins paper.

Too many of the opinions are based on results not potential. Had you had that awesome run of numbered cards but they were the wrong names you'd be far less jacked about how good the product is.

I've opened 6 blasters(I've bought them 2 at a time over the last month). I've hit 3 chrome autos(2 Luke Adams and a George Lombard Jr), a chrome lunar yellow 1st Bowman Joendry Vargas #d to 75, a green paper Wyatt Langford #'d to 399, a fuschia paper 1st Carson Whisenhunt #'d to 250, a retail green chrome 1st Walker Jenkins, a ton of top prospects, and 2 vet colored paper cards. Blasters have been kind to me, to say the least.

Enjoy your rips...I understand your jumbo box frustration...this hobby can take you from the mountaintop to the valley in a big hurry...I have now ripped 45 donruss blasters from Target without a downtown. Have 15 left to go. But from there to the mountain. I just opened 3 Select Basketball Mega boxes this past weekend and in the first pack I hit a pink cracked ice lodestar, and a blue cracked ice Wembenyama (84/99) in the same pack. In 35 years of ripping packs never have I hit any pack like that...

Love that u did good- does say something about how these card companies have masterfully lowered our expectations while raising prices that we cream ourselves over a 25 percent win- i spent $1500 chasing bedard- got one young gun and was satisfied- i could of just bought 4 of them for same money

First wave blasters are juicy…I have 13 and pulled 10 #’d cards along with 2 autos….almost a hit per box. Hobby is laughably bad for the price point.

When does the second wave hit? I'm enjoying the first wave very much. Have had 13 blasters with 14 #d and 4 autos, including an auto #d to 75. 6 more on the way this week. I may try to stop after those. But this is such a great product.

Generally, I would call the “first wave” the first week the boxes are live on the shelves at your local Wal-Mart or Target. If I’m buying any product I try my best to always buy it the first week. It’s not scientific or anything but In my experience the first wave hits always seem to be better.

My local WalMart, I was shocked they got some in, I only ever found one blaster of Topps Series 1 there, and they had lots of theft, so assumed very little card action. I'll just have to avoid the temptation to try for more.

Decide what you're going to chase and watch a lot of videos. I just got back in the game after leaving in '91. I've been back a week and have learned so much. Watch the channels like this doing large openings and watch what they value. Lots of reading, watching and listening. Good luck.

I got a Bob Gibson. Odds are ridiculous to get that card 1:2,750 boxes. But I sold it for $110. Most auctions are around $100. Just isn’t a huge market for boomers

The autos average like last yr. 5.5-6 per blaster. I bought a case last yr hit 5 chrome 1 a green grass and the rest were base. Also hit 8 paper one is a purple and several numbered cards. Chrome. And paper. The majority of them wete greens to 99. Best numbered card was a green to 99.Spotlight of Holiday.😳😊🤗

I just opened a few blasters to try it out and in the second one every card was sparkly and 1 auto per pack plus a /50 anime looking card in the last pack. Idk what I just did but I think it’s good lol.

Opened 3 Jumbos, avg of 12.5% hits vs 20+ blasters with avg of 18.5% hits. Retail > Hobby so far. Even Super and Hangars have a higher hit ratio. Only positive to Hobby is the sig card imo, all three were sub par pulls. Retail 🔥

These are loaded. But they should be loaded. Many prospects won’t even make the bigs. Vast vast majority won’t be a star player. If it’s not loaded, then it’s an awful buy.
