it’s more like most of the champions he 3* are already out of the pool. and since he’s level 8, the chances of getting 5 cost is higher so they’ll definitely hit. he also diced malphite i believe where all the supers are are out of the pool so it’s forced to give mascots

I think he exhausted all Mascots in the pool by maxing all the rest out, and Loaded Dice draws relevant champs from the pool that match the same traits. So he used Loaded Dice on... Whichever mascot he had maxed out the buys on the second trait on, coercing the shop to give all it had of the other trait - so all Nunus. No idea where all his fucking gold came from but yeah

after all supers and mascots 3*, you have to use loaded dices on malphite he is the only mascot with no spare traits left, this way you only get nunus
